Do We Still Need An HBIC?

In our "Real Talk Wine Down" news segment with scholar Jelly Loblack, we are grappling with being the HBIC. More specifically we are discussing what it means to be a "boss" and the influence of race in the power structures of businesses.
This episode is a verbal meditation on chapter 2 (pg. 57-105) of Phoebe Robinson's book, Please Don't Sit on My Bed in Your Outside Clothes: Essays.
We hope you enjoy!
