Spoken Words

Holey Sinsitive Ground

3/30/2020

Picture
Stuck to this skin,
I cling on for life.
Digging into holey ground,
Cratered depth reigns.
Melting in moisture,
I am stuck.
Pull me away,
Sharp stings surround.
I am burned.
Pink.
Fresh.
Exposed.
Holey.
Sinsitive to the touch,
I am untouchable.
I reside on the outskirts,
Covered in fabric.
Waiting to bare this news.
A messenger,
I am.
That is You.
You have been exposed.
Welcome, to the womb of wounds
We've been expecting you.

"Poetry has served as a linguistic code since I was a child. It allowed me to speak freely without fear.
In an effort to synchronize my creative voices I am giving my love for poetry a home in my creative process.
    These are my spoken words."
